Refund policy

At ITGIRL SOCIETY, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, swimwear, and skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return Email us at itgirlsociety8@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Contact us at itgirlsociety8@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at itgirlsociety8@gmail.com.
